Profile
Dushmanthi Ratnayake has been working at ICBT since 2016 lecturing in the field of management. She has completed her degree in BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin, Ireland (Batch Top) and Masters in Business Administration Specialized in Human Resource Management from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
She worked in the Human Resource Management sector and was employed for about one and half years before joining ICBT.
Dushmanthi is currently the Module Leader and an Internal Verifier and has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes. She is a research supervisor in the MBA program at ICBT. She is currently teaching,

Within ICBT, Dushmanthi Ratnayake is a member of the research committee, program development committee. Dushmanthi’s research interests are in the field of Harassment and Discrimination, Organizational Behaviour, Employee Relations, Gender Issues in Management.
