Profile

Inoka has been working at ICBT since 2008 lecturing in the field of Management after completing her Degree in B.Sc. Marketing Management and MBA from University of Sri Jayewardenepura.  She worked in banking sector and was employed for about two and half years before joining ICBT.  

 

Inoka is currently the Head of Faculty, a Programme Director, a Module leader and an Internal Verifier. She taught on a number of postgraduate and undergraduate programs and she is a research supervisor in the MBA program at ICBT.  She is currently teaching Introduction to Management and Essentials of Marketing modules. Inoka is a member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (MSLIM) and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport – Sri Lanka (AMCILT). Within ICBT, Inoka is a member of the research committee, program development committee, Academic Senate and Faculty Board.  Inoka also serves in the education subcommittee at Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport – Sri Lanka.

 

Inoka’ s research interests are in the field of Social Media Marketing, Branding and Advertising. She is currently undertaking her Doctoral studies in field of social media marketing.​​
