Profile

Nilushi has been working at ICBT since 2007, lecturing in the field of management. She has completed her degrees in BBA (Hons) special in HRM at University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka and MBS at University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Nilushi is currently the Head of Department – Business Management, module leader and internal verifier has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes. She is currently teaching,

She is also supervising MBA dissertations. Within ICBT, Nilushi is a member of the research committee, programme development committee, Academic Senate and Faculty Board. Nilushi’s research interests are in the field of Reward Management, Work-life Balancing and Talent Management
