Profile

Randika has been working at ICBT since 2018 lecturing in the field of Management. She has completed her degree in Marketing Management and done her Masters’ in Business Management. She worked in the apparel sector and was employed for about one and half years before joining ICBT.  

Randika is currently the module leader and the internal verifier and has taught a number of undergraduate modules at ICBT in various programs. She is currently teaching Fundamentals of Marketing, Strategic management, Contemporary Marketing Communication, Business Ethics & sustainability & Introduction to Business. Randika is also an Ordinary Member (MSLIM) of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) of the Asia Pacific Institute of Digital Marketing. Within ICBT, Randika is a member of the research committee & the program development committee. Randika’s research interests are in the field of Consumer Behavior, Consumer psychology & Social Media Marketing.
