This study explores the impact of employee attitude on individual performance at ABC Bank. The study involves an expressive analysis of literature regarding the three main of employee attitude and job performance. The conceptual frame work for the study has been designed and reviewed through the literature. The main aim of this study was to investigate the relationship among dimensions of Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement and Job Commitment for the Job Performance. The researcher conducted a survey and the sample for the study consisted of 150 staff members in ABC Bank. Data were collected through a questionnaire and three hypotheses were formulated. Statistically analyzed results with the ais of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) showed that the three independent variables have a positive and significant relationship towards the dependent variable, Job Performance. Based on the results, it was concluded that the job satisfaction, job involvement and job commitment have a moderately strong relationship to Job Performance. Therefore, recommendations have been given which can be assisted the organization to better manage the human resources to achieve high level of productivity and efficiency.
