XYZ (Pvt)Ltd is an E-commerce company which is into online marketing who provide services to underserved markets. The Employee turnover at XYZ (Pvt)Ltd was really high past few months due to many internal and external factors.
The management of the XYZ (Pvt) Ltd and the factors influencing employee job satisfaction were the reasons behind for poor employee retention
The literature relevant to job satisfaction and employee retention was reviewed. The empirical studies were reviewed to ascertain factors relating to job satisfaction and Employee Retention. The researcher has circulated a questionnaire among the selected sample of 172 from the population of 310 employees, ascertain the reasons for job Satisfaction & Employee Retention. Based on that a conceptual framework has made and created operationalization table. Then hypotheses were developed. Later, those hypotheses were tested in SPSS to derive reasons for job satisfaction and Employee Retention. Finally, recommendations were brought up according the responses compiled for the questionnaire. The area has not covered by this study leads to conduct further researches.
