The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Bank specific factors on the financial performance of branches administered under CBC Bank. The study examined the network of branches administered under fifteen regional offices of the bank, where the Central region indicated a comparative drop in Return on Assets. Accordingly, the population for the study was identified as the fifteen branches operated in the Central region which were examined for the financial performance over a period of 5 years from 2017 to 2022. The researcher aimed to present the findings to the management of the Bank to make recommendations to improve the financial performance among the branch which will contribute towards the overall profitability and sustainability of the bank. Entire study was performed through the extracted secondary data from the internal data base of CBC Bank. Collected data were analyzed through assistance of E-views software, where Co-relation and regression analysis was conducted to generate results. The results revealed that a negative relationship exist between independent variables of Credit and Liquidity risk on the return on assets which is the dependent variable. However, Deposits and Income diversification were not significant on the Return on assets.
