Analyzing stress causing factors of IT Engineers in Sri Lanka

People of numerous organizations, particularly professionals working in IT organizations must spend time below heavy stress of conflicting needs and paintings situations. They carry out managerial capabilities under very compelling situations. This ends in tension and anxiety. It is evident that IT engineers face challenges with demanding business work, which forces the IT engineers to carry out their tasks in compelling situations. It is mandatory that professionals in IT industry must be informative on how important work life balance is and should be responsible in maintaining a healthy balance by knowing and finding solutions to the stress factors. Once the stressors are recognized by each individual, both individual and company must be committed in minimizing the factors. Mainly IT engineers are stressed due to, unrealistic workload and its time pressures and deadlines; the gap between what business needs to achieve and what manager expects from the employers, political environment of the company etc.
