Aruna Indika

Aruna has been working at ICBT since 2008 lecturing in the field of Information Technology.  After completing his degree in BCS and BSc in BIS he worked in the IT Education and IT service sector and was employed for about 6 years before joining ICBT.  

Aruna is currently the module leader and an internal verifier and has taught on a number of undergraduate modules at ICBT in various programs.  He is currently teaching Computer Architecture, Object Oriented Programming, Computer Networks, Web Application development, Mobile Application Development, Project management, Service Oriented computing, Computing Project for HD in CSE and Cyber Security, Advance Programming for BSc-BIS and BSc-SE (Cardiff Metropolitan University), And All modules in Diploma in Computer Studies program.  Aruna is also a Member of the British Computer Society (BCS) and Computer Society Sri Lanka (CSSL). Within ICBT, Aruna is a member of the innovation hub and Advisor to ICBT IT Student council.  Aruna’s research interests are in the field of technology, green computing

He is currently undertaking a MSc in Data Science.​​
