Asanka Dinesh

Dinesh has been working at ICBT since 2017 lecturing in the field of IT. After completing his degree in BSc Honors in IT he worked in the IT sector and was employed for about 4 years before joining ICBT.  He has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colombo.

Dinesh is currently the module leader of Computer Architecture module and has taught on a number of undergraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes. He is currently teaching Fundamentals in Programming, System Analysis and Design, Database Design and Development, Computer Networks, Data Structures and Algorithms, Business Analytic, Computing project in Higher Diploma and Analytics and Business Intelligence for BSc students.

Dinesh’s research interests are in the field of GIS and ML.
