Profile

Chameera has been working at ICBT since year 2015 lecturing in the field of Management. She has completed her degree in Accounting and Finance and has also completed her Masters’ in Business Management.  She has worked in the Banking sector and was employed for about five years before joining ICBT.

Chameera is currently a module leader and an internal verifier and has taught on a number of undergraduate modules and is engaged as a research supervisor in the postgraduate department at ICBT. She is currently teaching Economics, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Money and banking, Volunteering Student Project, Change Leadership and Academic English and skills modules. She is also an Associate of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA). Within ICBT, Chameera is a member of the research committee and the new programme development committee.  Chameera’s research interests are in the field of Accounting, Finance and New innovations.
