Dhanusha Somawardhana

Dhanusha has been working at ICBT since 2016 lecturing in the field of IT and Management.  After completing his degree in Bachelors of Science in IT.  He has worked in the software development and Academic sector and was employed for about 1.5 years before joining ICBT. 

He has completed his Bachelor’s Degree Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology. He has specialized in Data Warehousing and Data Mining during his Bachelor’s Degree. He has obtained his MBA from University of Wales, UK. Currently He is following his Doctorate (DBA) from Asiae University Malaysia.

Dhanusha is currently the module leader and has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ICBT in various programs.  He is currently teaching modules such as,

• Fundamentals of Computer Systems
• Networks
• Project Management
• Managing Information Systems
• Fundamentals in Programming 

Dhanusha is also an Associate Member of the CIM(UK). Within ICBT, Dhanusha is a member of the new programme development committee.  Dhanusha has specialized in Branding in his masters and his doctorate thesis. He is a research supervisor in the MBA program at ICBT.
