Profile
Erandathi has been working at ICBT since 2015 lecturing in the field of Business Management. She has completed her BA(hons) degree at University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and MBS at University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She worked in the tourism and education sectors and was employed for about 3 years before joining ICBT.
Erandathi is currently a senior lecturer, module leader and internal verifier and delivering lectures on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes. She is currently teaching,

Furthermore, she is a research supervisor for MBA program at ICBT. Within ICBT, Erandathi is a member of the research committee of Annual International Research Symposium and new program development committee. Erandathi’s research interests are in the field of
Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, SME Entrepreneurship.
