Profile

Erandi has been working at ICBT since June, 2022 and lecturing in the field of business management. She successfully completed her first degree in Bachelor of Commerce (special) in Entrepreneurship with second class upper from University of Kelaniya. Subsequently, she obtained her MBA from the same university, MSc. in Strategic Marketing from Asia e University, Malaysia and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). Additionally, Diploma and Banking and Finance also completed by Erandi at Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL).

 

Further, she has worked for University of Kelaniya, MAS Holdings and JAT Holdings PLC before joining ICBT to get hands in experience in corporate. On the other hand, she was a national basketball player.

The research areas of Erandi are entrepreneurship and marketing.  

Basically, Erandi teaches below modules in Higher Diploma in Business Management.

  • Leadership and Business Development
  • Operations Management
  • Business Strategy

Further, she teaches the Diploma in Business Administration level as well.
