Abstract
Performance management is essential in any organization since it affects profit and growth. This study examines the factors that influence the job performance of sales employees at ABC (Pvt) Limited, one of Sri Lanka’s largest fashion retail stores.
Primary data was gathered using a well-structured questionnaire constructed after identifying potential factors based on a review of prior research literature, and secondary data was gathered from ABC (Pvt) Limited HR, Finance, and Sales records.
The data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) version 20. Based on the collected data, recommendations are provided, and more investigations are suggested because this study was completed in a short amount of time.
