Kavitha Kajendran

Kavitha has been working at ICBT since 2011 lecturing in the field of Quantity Surveying.  After completing her degree in Quantity Surveying she worked in the Construction field sector and was employed for about three years before joining ICBT.  

Kavitha is currently a Programme Leader, a Module Leader and an Internal Verifier. She taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes.  She is currently teaching Measurement for Construction, Contractual Procedures, Tendering and Estimating, Quantity Surveying Practice and Production Management and BIM. Kavitha’s research interests are in the field of electric tendering, procurement and sustainability.
