Maheshi Withanage

Maheshi has been working at ICBT since 2022 lecturing in the field of Quantity Surveying.  After completing her degree in Quantity Surveying with a First Class she worked in the construction sector and was employed for about three years before joining ICBT.  

Maheshi is currently the module leader and has taught on a number of undergraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes.  She is currently teaching Advanced Mathematics, Building Technology and design, Fundamentals of Building Information Modelling, Fundamentals of Construction economics and Tendering and estimation for construction. Maheshi’s research interests are in the field of Contract Administration and Procurement, Construction Law, Sustainable Construction and Construction Economics.

She is currently undertaking a Diploma in Commercial Arbitration at ICLP.
