” A Memorandum of Understanding between the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) and the International College of Business and Technology (ICBT) Campus was signed at NAITA by the NAITA chairman, Mr. Ruchika Amarasekara, and the ICBT Campus Executive Dean / Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Sampath Kannangara on 17.03.2023. On this occasion, NAITA was represented by the Vice President, SH. Harishchandra, Director General, Dr. W.M.S. Wijesinghe, Director (Training), Nilantha De Silva, Director Planning and Supervision, Rohan Rodrigo, Assistant Director, Susantha Jayasinghe, and board members. ICBT was represented by the Director of Marketing, Anura Gamage, General Manager, Sampath Perera, Chief Academic Officer,Chandramohan Sandrasekaran, and Acting faculty head of Engineering & construction Sivarajah Kalanathan. This MOU would enable ICBT students to obtain industrial placement through NAITA”.
