Profile

Subodha has been working at ICBT since 2012 lecturing in the field of Management. After completing his Master degree in Finance Accounting and Management he worked in the retail sector and was employed for about 3 years before joining ICBT.

Subodha is currently the Head of Academic and Academic Administration at ICBT Kandy Campus and a Senior Lecturer attached to Faculty of Business. He has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes. He is currently teaching,

Within ICBT, Subodha is a member of the Senate and new programme development committee. Subodha’s research interests are in the field of Employee branding and brand citizenship behavior.
