Tharaki Nayanathara

Tharaki has been working at ICBT since 2022 lecturing in the field of Quantity Surveying.  After completing her degree in Quantity Surveying, she worked in the construction sector and was employed for about three years before joining ICBT.  

Tharaki is currently the module leader and has taught on a number of undergraduate modules at ICBT in various programmes.  She is currently teaching Conversion and Adaptation of Complex Buildings, Construction Project Planning and Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Surveying and Levelling and Management Accounting and Finance. Tharaki is also an Associate Member of the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka. Tharaki’s research interests are in the field of Sustainable Constructions, Contract Administration and Construction Project Management.

She is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Regional Development and Planning from University of Colombo.
