Profile
Udyani has been working at ICBT since 2022 lecturing in the field of management. After completing her degree in Bachelor of Business Management in Entrepreneurship and Management . She worked in the government sector and was employed for about one years before joining ICBT.
Udyani is currently the lecturer and has taught on several Diplomas, Higher Diploma and undergraduate modules at ICBT in various programs. She is currently teaching Introduction to Management, Managing people, Ethics and Sustainability, Business Economics, Fundamentals of human resource management, Society and Culture. Udyani is also a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing. Udyani’s research interests are in the field of Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Management, Green HRM,HRM and Marketing.
She is currently undertaking a MBA in business administration.
