Yashith Kotelawala

Yashith has been working at ICBT since 2014, lecturing in the field of Engineering.  After completing his bachelor’s degree in Mobile Communication Engineering at University of Northumbria in England, he worked in the Telecommunications sector and was employed for about two years before joining ICBT. Yashith Has Completed his postgraduate in Business Administration in 2018.  

Yashith is currently a programme leader and an internal verifier and has taught on a number of undergraduate modules in various programmes at ICBT.  He is currently teaching Telecommunication Principles, Mathematics, Energy Science & Applications, Engineering Economics, Management principles for Automotive Engineers and Engineering Project management modules at ICBT. Moreover, Yashith is a member of the new programme development committee at ICBT.  Yashiths’s research interests are in the field of Electronics and Communications, Renewable Energy Application and Teaching and Learning Development in Education.
