HD in Biomedical Engineering at icbt campus cover image
The objective of the programme of Higher Diploma in Biomedical Engineering at ICBT Campus is to develop competent professionals with a strong foundation in engineering and medical sciences who can effectively contribute to the healthcare technology sector. This programme provides a strong foundation in applying engineering principles to healthcare and medical technology.

The program integrates key areas such as biomedical instrumentation, electronics, human anatomy and physiology, medical device technology, electrical machines, programming, control systems, signal processing, and AI applications in the health care industry, enabling students to understand and support modern healthcare systems.

Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, students develop the skills required to design, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment and intelligent healthcare systems. Graduates are well prepared for careers in hospitals, medical equipment industries, and research environments, as well as for progression to higher studies in biomedical engineering and related fields.
