The LLB is an undergraduate degree that provides you with the opportunity to gain and develop a knowledge and understanding of the law of England and Wales. The LL.B covers a wide range of law subjects, including the fundamental principles of both civil and criminal law. The course is assessed through a variety of assessment methods which include practice-based problem scenarios, MCQ examinations, legal drafting exercises and essays. These assessments are designed to ensure that you are able to demonstrate a wide range of legal skills, including the ability to accurately identify and apply the law to practice scenarios, the ability to critically evaluate and analyse the law, the ability to draft in an appropriate manner, and the ability to accurately identify and apply legal principles within timed-constraints.
