The aim of the BSc Computer Science and AI programme is to develop graduates who combine strong foundations in computer science with a rigorous and applied understanding of artificial intelligence. The programme emphasises mathematical reasoning, effective software design, and hands-on experimentation, leading students from core programming and systems concepts to advanced AI, generative models, and multi-agent systems. Graduates are expected to be adaptable problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and effective collaborators, equipped with the technical, professional, and ethical awareness needed to design, evaluate, and apply intelligent systems responsibly in real-world contexts.
