The Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying offers a solid foundation in the technical, economic and legal aspects of the construction industry. Key modules such as Construction Technology, Digital Built Environment and Construction Contract Practice equip students with essential skills in cost estimation, procurement and contract management.
Measurement and Design Economics deepen knowledge of project costing and value analysis. Entry Qualification:
- G.C.E. A/L - Maths/ Bio/ Technology/ Commerce Streams or G.C.E. O/L + Foundation
- Sri Lankan General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) English Grade C or above, or
- A pass in the ICBT Academic English Studies course or
- Recognized equivalent qualification.
