International Extended Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying (Distance Learning)

The OTHM Level 5 International Extended Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying is designed to develop learners’ understanding of the principles, practices and professional standards involved in the field of Quantity Surveying.

This qualification provides learners with essential knowledge and skills to address the challenges faced by construction professionals and policymakers in their respective regions, while preparing them to operate effectively within the built environment sector.

Successful completion of this qualification will enable learners to pursue a wide range of roles within the quantity surveying and construction management sectors, as well as provide a pathway for further academic and professional development.

Level 4 equivalent qualifications will be considered for entry, subject to a mapping process to ensure eligibility. English Language requirements:

• C or above C pass in GCE (O/L) English Language or
• Successful completion of the ICBT Academic English Studies Course or equivalent
